Legal assistance

We offer legal assistance to our clients in private law, primarily, in the fields related to the entire accounting and company’s accounting management (incl. in the field of commercial law, tax law, law of obligations, and labour law). Legal assistance services include:

• consultation services
• preparing documents and reports (incl. contracts, decisions by bodies…)
• premises for holding management meetings

Establishing a new company:

We provide services for establishing a company. We consult in making an online registration (at www.rik.ee) as well as notarial formalisation. We prepare founding documents, book an appointment at a notary, assist in other related activities at various agencies (incl. at the Tax and Customs Board and bank), help establish accounting, and give good advice for starting operation.

We offer related legal counselling (in the fields of taxation, law of obligations, and labour law) to the company buying the accounting service and prepare the necessary documents.

In terms of issues outside the scope of everyday activities, we are collaborating with an attorney at law, who also represents our clients at court and other agencies, if necessary.
